Verse 8

शून्यमपुत्रस्य गृहं चिरशून्यं नास्ति यस्य सन्मित्रम्। मूर्खस्य दिशः शून्याः, सर्वं शून्यं दरिद्रस्य।।८।।

The home of a sonless person is empty; he who has not a real friend finds all time empty; the quarters are empty to a fool; and everything is empty to a poor man.
